We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Radio Frequency (R/F) Engineer to help manage engineering projects spanning a variety of security levels for a government program office.

Responsibilities

• Identify required resources, schedule dependencies, and contracting actions needed to support the overarching R/F engineering efforts and interfaces with Program Management and related technologies.

• With an emphasis on integrating novel new technologies on existing weapons platforms, the R/F Engineer shall analyze R/F engineering problems to develop and implement solutions to complex system design and development issues.

• Will be responsible for developing analyzing and validating requirements, specifications, and interfaces.

• Process and analyze data, assess system under test performance, develop conclusions and recommendations, and generate report quality data products such as quick-look reports, test status reports, watch item reports, deficiency reports, and formal and informal technical reports.

• Work closely with the program office, prime contractors, subcontractors, and test ranges throughout all phases of design review, test planning, execution, analysis, anomaly investigation, and reporting.

• Effectively organize, schedule and coordinate R/F engineering work phases and tasks to support effective integration in a highly classified environment.

Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science or related field in line with above functional description.

• Clearance Requirement:

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance

• Preferred Experience and Skill:

• Ten (I0) years of experience in R/F Engineering, including participation in SETR events

• Experience in management and technical positions for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies

• Experience with weapon/aircraft system electronic warfare technologies and system integration and testing functions

• Experience in highly classified environments

• Proficiency with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
