Watch Administrator is responsible for providing global mission critical operations center support. This position will provide technical support to mission-targeted infrastructures. Responsibilities include the operations and maintenance (O&M) of telephone systems, network architectures (both LAN and WAN), and customer specific applications. Candidates are expected to perform systems analysis by use of log files and system output to determine where and why failures happen. They assist in the development and enhancement of monitoring tools. They create/design standard operating procedures, processes and customized screen views. The position requires frequently adapting O&M processes to support new system features/capabilities to reduce the impact of negative events, and coordinating with both senior customer leadership and system technical staff to ensure the resolution of abnormal system performance.
Candidate will provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and problem solving using on-the-job experience
Provide documentation (SOPs), knowledge bases, and deployed network and IT management tools.
Serve as liaison between the end users / customers and Sr. technical staff if problems are escalated.
In addition to service desk related work activities, the candidate may be requested to process routine customer work orders (adding routes, adding system accounts, etc
Be responsible for troubleshooting/ debugging deployment, infrastructure, and data issues (as needed)
Ensuring continuity of Operations Center communications platforms.
Conducting alert notification of individuals and teams for the orderly transition to crisis team operations and processes, if required
Utilizing emergency response team rosters and emergency notification tools.
Manage emergency response team rosters and emergency notification tools.
Drafting daily and event driven Situational Awareness Reports concerning Client capability and capacity to provide intelligence, to include the execution of supporting contingency and continuity plans.
Recognizing situational awareness indicators and executing judgment of potential impact on mission operations.
Developing clear and concise written products that require minimal revision.
Facilitating emergency communications.
Monitoring facility infrastructure to ensure readiness for emergency conditions.
Working proficiently in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school vocational school, or trade school diploma, or a GED equivalent and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement
Five (5) plus years of U.S. Military, Intelligence Community (IC)
Be eligible for personnel clearance crossover.
Microsoft Windows and Office Suite encompassing Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Teams, and SharePoint
Five percent travel or more as Client directed.
Must have an current, adjudicated, and active TS/SCI security clearance with Poly. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Must have Valid U.S. Driver’s and be able to obtain an International Driver’s License
Must have a valid U.S. Passport
