Vectrus Navy ERP Program Analyst III-Journeyman in Patuxent River, Maryland

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • This position will work closely with the Business Solutions Management team to coordinate, and integrate the schedules of all projects, taskers, and activities within NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office. This includes the Navy ERP+ and General Fund Business Office projects. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to the NAVAIR Navy ERP and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Performs analytical and evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of: (1) operations, and practices; (2) pertinent statutory or regulatory provisions; and (3) the Navy ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with coordinating responses to Navy ERP+ data calls and tasking

  • Assists with Navy ERP+ tasking.

  • Is the primary point of contact for the creation and management of the Navy ERP+ Integrated Project Plan (IPP). Coordinates with subject matter experts (SMEs) on submission for the IPP which include allocation of tasking and milestones for completion of interrelated tasks.

  • Leads reviews of the IPP.

  • Creates reports and data visualization for leadership.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:

  • BA/BS

  • Experience:

  • Journeyman: Of the minimum required experience, at least four (4) years must be in program management, technical or a business analysis discipline and two (2) years must be professional experience in efforts supporting corporate business operations.

  • Other Requirements

  • Security Clearance - Secret

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system

  • Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques.

  • Business Partner/Effective Communicator:

  • English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.

  • Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

  • Ability to train, lead projects, direct employees.

  • Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.
