Responsibilities

V2X requires a Senior Project Management Analyst to support our NAWCAD DNA client. The Senior Program/Project Management Analyst will perform and/or manage IT related integration projects as well as perform management, technical, or business case analyses for department initiatives. A major part of the work will include collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting customer technical requirements relating to IT project acquisition and product programs. The position will be responsible for tracking program/project status and schedules and for applying Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs role of project manager for projects and service requests through NAWCAD DNA’s Service Management Tool NHDSM

• Assists in defining business & technical requirements with customer

• Develops and recommend solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure

• Facilitates internal and external coordination and communication among a variety of functional areas to ensure project progression

• Provides feedback and recommendations for process improvements within the product teams

• Monitors & updates Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) for assigned projects

• Hosts regular status meetings with customers to report project performance and address outstanding actions

• Completes audits for all on-premise and AWS GovCloud hosted systems to ensure accurate record keeping and reconciles any discrepancies in records

• Performs role of cost analyst in support of DNAs Cloud & On-Premise Infrastructure, Hosting, and Lab Support teams

• Develops estimates for service requests through NHDSM%

• Assists in defining pricing requirements for fiscal year planning purposes

• Works directly with customers and PMs to provide basis of estimate for all outbound cost estimates

• Provides feedback and recommendations for process improvements within the product teams

• Completes cost audits for all on-prem and cloud projects to ensure accurate record keeping and reconciles any discrepancies in records

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:

• BS Degree required. Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certifications/Licenses:

• CAPM desired but not required

• AWS Cloud Practitioner desired but not required

• Experience:

• This position requires more than ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a BA/BS. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Of the 10 years of experience, a minimum 3 years' of direct experience in applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzing requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

• Other Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Secret (may start with Interim clearance)

• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Working knowledge of DoD / NAVAIR program management processes and procedures.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically GovCloud and its available and approved Cloud services

• Experience working in a commercial or Government Data Center environment
