Vectrus Container/CDDP Management Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina
Overview
This position will be physically located in Fort Bragg, NC
The Container/CDDP Management Analyst is responsible for the administration of freight management programs, to include managing the Joint Container Management (JCM) system, Transportation Coordinators Automated Information for Movement System (TC-AIMS), FAAST, inventory control, CDDP and container freight shipments.

Major Job Activities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Container Management
Manage the container inventory, purchasing, leasing, repair and turn-in process for the Army Reserve (AR)
Plan, organize, direct, control and execute the functions and responsibilities required to provide positive and effective use of DoD and military department-owned, -leased or –controlled International Standardization Organization (ISO) containers.
Train AR Geographical & Functional Commands (GFCs) and civilian personnel on the JCM system and Container Control Officers’ (CCO) duties.
Serve as the primary CCO for AR
Manage the JCM system to assist units with the reporting of current container status.
Utilize JCM to maintain inventory control, manage container freight shipments and report updates, as necessary
Conduct inventory data analysis on the status of containers across the AR and prepare a weekly detailed date report for senior-level leadership and GFCs.
Gather detailed data to develop written briefs and information papers used in briefings
Brief senior-level leadership to include Chief of Army Reserve (CAR) and Commanding General and the AR Chief of Staff on the status of containers across the AR.
Maintain daily contact with GFC
Command Deployment Discipline Program/CDDP
Serve as the AR coordinator and primary point of contact for all Command Deployment Discipline Program correspondences
Assist all subordinate units with the development and implementation of their CDDP and ensure the commander’s guidance is understood and adhered
Conduct formal evaluations on the ground at the command level
Document results of all evaluations and conduct follow-up evaluations to validate corrective actions have been completed
Provide resources, as required, to assist commands in meeting CDDP standards?
Maintain files of formal evaluations for each command for a period of three (3) years and provide a copy to evaluated unit
Brief senior-level leadership, usually a one or two star General, on the results of the evaluations conducted at the command level

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years’ experience working with the USAR, or equivalent (military/DoD), in transportation and freight management, developing functional requirements for logistical integrated systems
2 years’ experience working freight management programs to include managing the JCM system, TC-AIMS II, FAAST, inventory control, CDDP and container freight shipments
No less than 1 year of experience as a container control officer
