Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Special Project Manager the Plumber Lead must have the ability to lead the duties and responsibilities of a Plumbing section.
Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems and includes cutting and threading pipe, assembling, and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, such as iron, steel, brass and lead, and nonmetals, and conducting tests to identify leaks.
Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, commodes, showers, water heaters, and repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains, and may weld holding fixtures to steel structural members.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
Must either have a trade school diploma from their country of record or hold 3 years’ experience as a practicing journeyman electrician and some relevant work experience leading teams.
Personnel inspecting, certifying, and making recommendations for corrective action for backflow preventers shall be certified per UG-2029-ENV.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Must be able to work under pressure, individually or in a team and be service oriented.
Working Environment:
Shift work and/or flexible working hours and/or overtime and/or assigned rest day rotation may be required. Subject environmental conditions activities can occur both inside and outside.
Physical Activities:
Physically capable of working in hot or warm weather all year long, with little change in seasons.
