Vectrus Training Management Specialist in Saudi Arabia

Overview

The Training Management Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing training programs to ensure the proficiency and competency of aviation maintenance, logistics, and management personnel. This role involves creating training schedules, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training records. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in training management, a background in aviation maintenance or logistics, and proficiency in MS Office software. A background as a graduate of a US Military platform instructor course or its civilian equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of aviation maintenance, logistics, and management personnel.

  • Create training materials, manuals, and other instructional resources.

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both inperson and virtually.

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results and industry best practices.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all personnel.

  • Prepare and present reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes to management.

  • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in training management.

  • Utilize MS Office software to create, manage, and present training materials and reports.

  • Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance the training experience.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, management, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.

  • Provide support and guidance to trainees, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to succeed.

  • Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training management.

  • At least five (5) years of experience as an aviation maintainer, logistics specialist, or training manager.

  • Preferred: Graduate of a US Military platform instructor course or civilian equivalent.

  • Possess a valid U.S driver’s license and Passport

  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
