Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • V2X is seeking an HR leader to oversee its International HR and Global Mobility function. Reporting to the Head of Global Total Rewards, the (Sr.) Manager, International HR and Global Mobility will serve as a key leader on the Total Rewards team and will be responsible for building and implementing the company’s strategy to attract, retain and motivate our global talent in alignment with business objectives. The incumbent will serve as a leader, subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the HR community and the entire V2X business and will devise international HR strategies and approaches in a cost-effective manner that mitigates risk in and supports growth in our business overseas.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert in international HR and global mobility matters to the business (including Program Management), to include consultation with the Global Total Rewards team, the broader HR team, CHRO, and other members of the executive leadership team.

  • Serving as a key resource as the business contemplates potential growth in new locations.

  • Developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that are consistent with the ability to cost-effectively attract and retain talent internationally.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert to the various sub functions of the HR senior leadership team as they build strategies and support their respective lines of business and areas of expertise.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for host country support teams embedded in locations of high employee populations or of strategic importance.

  • Partnering and consulting with multi-functional stakeholders to integrate activities to help achieve compliance and appropriate level of risk mitigation for the business.

  • Administering human resource programs for international employees, including primarily expatriates and other country nationals (OCN’s).

  • Administering programs such as salary administration, tax equalization, differentials, relocation, special hardship, other allowances, and all employee benefits for international personnel, to include host country labor law requirements & compliance.

  • Reviewing personnel actions to ensure fair and equitable application of compensation, human resources, and employee relations policies and practices, as well as compliance with all applicable labor laws.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ + Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. Current or past GPHR or equivalent certification and/or training a plus. One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.

  • Experience:

  • 10+ of progressively responsible experience in international HR including global mobility, preferably within government contracting.

  • Big-picture thinker with experience in collaborating with HR leadership and Finance in building international rewards programs. Strong business acumen with excellent domain understanding of international HR operations, Finance, and risk.

  • Experience with large-scale, global, and mature corporate organizations.

  • Other Requirements:

  • United States citizenship required.

  • Ability to travel to company and client sites (CONUS and OCONUS) as needed to build relationships and resolve matters (up to 20%)

  • Skills:

  • Proven data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management, change management and leadership skills with experience in successfully leading and collaborating on projects across multiple business functions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Technology:

  • Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

  • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

  • USD $134,200 - $157,300

  • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
