Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The Senior Manager Supply Chain - Front End of the Business Support (FEOTBS) reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain GMS and will be responsible for transforming, developing and leading the FEOTBS Team. This role will provide strategic leadership to V2X in new business captures, developing strategic direction and continually looking at alternatives to improve the bottom line through more efficient execution. The role is highly visible and a major game changer in the direction of supply chain for V2X.
Key Responsibilities:
Transforming, and developing the “front-end” support team
Developing key process improvements to streamline the “front-end” support team for better strategy development inclusion
Comfortable with challenging the status-quo to bring about potential innovation/ideas for supply chain with the capture team
Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals
Devise long term strategies based on market and customer analytics
Ensure tracking and execution of key product offerings from inception to buy ready
Perform all commercial supplier negotiations, including competitive price reviews, creating or updating contracts (MSA’s, BPA’s,)
Establish and foster positive, strategic working level and executive relationships with key internal stakeholders
Demonstrate leadership and vision in determining and driving strategy decisions within team and cross-functionally
Foster trust relationships with suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality of services/materials
Project manage the entire proposal team efforts within Supply Chain
Management of ad-hoc projects that drive operational efficiency, cost savings and connectivity
Lead large scale cross functional projects to enable delivery of strategic plans
Suggests and executes process improvements as needed.
Participate in key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities.
Participate and engage in all milestone reviews
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
At least 25% travel required.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education:
BS/BA in Business Management / Supply Chain or Equivalent
Experience:
Ten (10) years' of experience in Supply Chain, and/or Operations
Ten (10) years' of experience of leading organization and project.
Subcontracts management experience
Background working on a Government program (preferred)
Extensive knowledge and experience in a service industry
Extensive working related knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations and processes
Broad knowledge of the supplier base, domestic and international
Demonstrated knowledge of FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and Small Business
Demonstrated knowledge of supplier roadmaps /differentiating / emerging technologies
Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Demonstrated capture or proposal experience
Demonstrated strategic thought in the use of supply chain as a discriminator and strength
Other Requirement:
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Software:
Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Technology:
Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $130,000 - 185,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
